Have you ever heard electrical skateboard has come out since last century? This photo is shot in 1916. There was electrical skateboard(scooter) since that time and most e-boards are driven by gasoline.
Scooters were very popular during the period of the first war because of its low fuel consumption and providing people who cannot afford a car with a traffic tool.
